Subconscious Designs, LLC

I understand that shifting my subconscious patterning takes time. When I purchase a package, it will include a limited number of group and/or individual sessions, and more may be needed depending on my individual needs.  I am aware that the sessions and information provided by Subconscious Designs, LLC are intended to be educational and/or for self-improvement in nature and are not intended to be psychotherapy or any other type of licensed mental health services.

I understand and agree that the major purpose of the sessions and/or the System presented by Subconscious Designs, LLC; is self-improvement. Personality disorders, mental illness and other similar conditions are not handled by Subconscious Designs, LLC. I understand that if I have been diagnosed with a personality disorder, mental illness, or similar I must disclose all information to Subconscious Designs, LLC before signing and agreeing to this agreement. 

I understand that Jessica Dufour is a Master Neuro-Linguisitic Programmer (NLP), Family Constellation Facilitator and Consulting Hypnotist. Jessica Dufour is not a licensed therapist, psychotherapist, or any other type of medical or professional mental health care provided. I agree the services described in this contract have been explained to me and any questions I might have, have been answered and that I fully understand the services being provided. 

I also understand that there are no guarantees as to the results or progress to be made, only that I will endeavor to accomplish the objective of the System and/or sessions to the best of my ability. 

I understand that some changes can happen quickly and others take more time to manifest. 

I understand that Family Constellations may have to be rescheduled due to a lack of representatives. In this case a one-on-one Family Constellation can take place at the scheduled time or an NLP Session can take place during the scheduled time. Otherwise if a group Family Constellation is requested then it will need to be rescheduled.  

When purchasing individual sessions, I understand and agree to the following: I agree to pay Subconscious Designs, LLC at least 48 hours prior to  the date of each session or series of sessions. Otherwise the session is considered open and will be made available to the next paying customer.

I understand that NLP, Family Constellations, Hypnosis and any supplemental online support System created by Subconscious Designs, LLC is a co-creative process that involves my presence and participation. 

I understand that I will get two reminders to continue with my sessions, but it is ultimately up to me to desire to make a change and take the steps to make it happen. 

I understand that when I book a package of sessions I am to use 2 one-on-one sessions per month (at a minimum) and that the package is to be completed in the allotted time frame. If I purchase a 4 session package I will have 3-months to complete it. Adjustments can be made but written consent is needed from Subconscious Designs, LLC. If there is no communication or written agreement on said adjustments then sessions will end at the designated time listed above. 

I agree to give Subconscious Designs, LLC 48 hours notice in writing via email to [email protected] for all cancellations or changes of scheduled appointments. 

I understand that missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice, or canceling with less than 48 hours notice, I (the client) will be charged the full rate of the session and the session will be forfeited with no refund. Unless a previous agreement or other arrangement is made in writing to circumnavigate these conditions.

If I am enrolling in the Eliminating Self-Sabotage Coaching Program, I acknowledge that it is my obligation to promptly notify Jessica via email upon completion of the Questionnaire, facilitating the scheduling of our initial session. Jessica will not initiate contact to verify the questionnaire's completion status. This approach fosters self-sufficiency and autonomy, promoting personal growth without reliance on external authority figures.

Subconscious Designs, LLC and its employees are being paid for their professional efforts, not for results. Subconscious Designs, LLC cannot control the outcome of your case. No specific outcome is guaranteed and the payments are made for the company’s efforts and time. I agree it is my responsibility to make a decision to continue the services or end the services as allowed under this contract.

I understand that my payment locks my session in place. Once the session is paid for, I am guaranteed to have that date and time. 

I understand that if the session is not paid for in advance it is still considered an available spot and will go to the next person who wants it and can pay for it. 

I understand that it is my responsibility to add the correct date and time to my calendar for all sessions. Subconscious Designs, LLC will send a google calendar invitation for every session and an email reminder that goes out before the start of the session. If you would like text reminders please send an email in writing to [email protected] requesting that you would like to receive text reminders for your sessions and please provide the phone number plus area code and country code. I understand that it is my responsibility to always go by the date and time in the Google Calendar invitation.

Packages are not refundable or transferable. 

Insurance is not accepted.

If I am enrolled in the 'Removing Subconscious Blocks to Love' 8-week System, I understand that I will be granted a 10-week period to access and complete the online video program component of the System. Should I require additional time beyond this period, I may opt to extend my access by subscribing at a rate of $97 per month.

If I am enrolled in the 'Eliminating Self-Sabotage' Coaching Program and opt for continuous support through the online group support calls, I understand that I can maintain access by subscribing at a rate of $97 per month.

I understand that if Subconscious Designs, LLC determines that the relationship is not the right fit, it has the right to end services immediately. 

All sessions take place over Zoom. Group Coaching will always be recorded and a link will be emailed to the members of the group within 24 hours of the call. Recordings are available per client request, the only sessions that are not recorded are Family Constellations. 

I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure I have the latest version of Zoom running on my computer and that I have a strong internet connection. If time is used to deal with technical issues this will come out of the time of the session. 

I understand that there will be no soliciting of other people within the group or sharing of my services to clients of Subconscious Designs, LLC. If this happens I will be removed from any group activities without warning. No personal and/or business contact information is to be shared between people privately or publicly within any online group call hosted by Subconscious Designs, LLC. If this does occur, there will be immediate termination of any package purchased with no refund and a termination of services moving forward. The privacy of every individual is taken seriously and a violation of anyone's privacy will end in termination of any and all services with no refund.

Subconscious Designs, LLC is happy to respond to simple questions following a session or constellation, and it always wants to know if there are any concerns. However, this work requires time for integration. It cannot provide counseling services by email between sessions.

I understand that if I need extra support I can sign up for the weekly group coaching call membership for $97 / month. If you would like to talk one-on-one please reach out to [email protected] to set up a quick 15-min Zoom Call.

Subconscious Designs, LLC understands that emergencies do happen. If an emergency does happen and a cancellation occurs the same day of the session, Subconscious Designs, LLC will not charge me the full price of a session for the first emergency. On the 2nd emergency and beyond, when there is a cancellation or a rescheduling that is requested within less than the 48-hour cancellation window; the client will be charged 100% of the full price of the session.

If there is any improper behavior projected from the client onto any employee that works for Subconscious Designs, LLC that makes any of its employees feel uncomfortable, it has the right to end the relationship right away. In this case, services will be terminated, the session will end immediately, and the client will be responsible for the full price of the session. If this happens in a group setting the client will be removed immediately from the call and will not be allowed to return. 

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Subconscious Designs, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.

By participating in our services, you grant Subconscious Designs, LLC the right to use your story and experiences, excluding your face or identifying images, for website content and marketing materials. We will not use your image in connection with your story without separate explicit consent.

Subconscious Designs, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or its content.

All information shared in the one-on-one session(s) remains confidential. Please be advised that the group coaching calls and the Family Constellations are conducted in a group format. If there are any legal matters where the information shared in the session needs to be presented in a court of law then Subconscious Designs, LLC has the right to share such documents and/or recordings. 

I have read the above disclaimer and I am aware that the sessions and information provided by Subconscious Designs, LLC are intended to be educational and/or for self-improvement in nature and are not intended to be psychotherapy or any other type of licensed mental health services. Additionally, I have received a copy of this disclosure and understand the information described above. By signing this agreement I hereby assume the risk of my participation in NLP, Family Constellations and Hypnosis sessions. I, on behalf of my heirs, guardians, and legal representatives, do hereby remise, release, and forever discharge Subconscious Designs, LLC and any of its employees from any claims, lawsuits, demands or actions arising from or growing out of my participation in a Family Constellation, NLP and Hypnosis sessions.
